Customer Service
If you have a radar or watchguard video product in need of service, please fill out the online service/repair form and submit it prior to sending in your item. should you have a question about a problem you are having with a system call us at (570-279-1789) and a customer service representative will troubleshoot the problem over the phone and determine which part of your system will need to be serviced.

Should you need Radar and Laser Certification of your existing system, please fill out the on line form and submit it prior to sending in your item. We do recommend annual certification of any radar or laser product if you are using it for enforcement purposes. Please check with your local jurisdiction or state guidelines and regulations in reference to this issue.

Repair Turnaround
We strive to quickly repair and return our customer's products within 5 days of receipt. In most cases repairs are completed within 48 hours of receipt.  A repair estimate is available upon request and all warranty repairs are  guaranteed (parts and labor) for 90 days. 

Calibration Turnaround All units sent in for calibration will be calibrated and returned within 24 hours of receipt with the exception of weekends and holidays.

Limited Warranty

Police Radar Techs (PRT) warrants their products sold to the original purchaser to be free of defects. At its discretion, (PRT) agrees to repair or replace all components that fail due to defective materials or workmanship during the stated warranty period from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, there will be no charge for repair labor or parts. Purchaser shall return the failed unit to (PRT), freight prepaid. (PRT) will pay standard UPS ground shipping  or USPS Priority shipping when returning the device. This warranty applies only to internal electronic components and circuitry. Warranty excludes normal wear-and-tear such as frayed cords, broken connectors, scratched or broken cases, or physical abuse. (PRT) reserves the right to charge for defects and/or damages resulting from abuse or extraordinary environmental damage to the unit during the warranty period  (PRT) will charge current shop rates normally charged for repairing such units not covered under warranty. (PRT) warrants the radar devices that were sold  by (PRT) . The foregoing warranty is exclusive, in lieu of all other warranties, of quality, fitness, or merchantability, whether written, oral, or implied. (PRT) will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product. As a further limit on warranty, and as an expressed warning, the user should be aware that harmful personal contact may be made with the radar devices sold by (PRT) in the event of violent maneuvers, collisions, or other circumstances, even though said radar devices are installed and used according to instructions. (PRT) specifically disclaims any liability for injury caused by the radar devices in all such circumstances. The warranty is not transferable to any other party and will only be honored to the original purchaser.

A warranty certificate will accompany any device purchased from (PRT) and will clearly state the term of the warranty.
